Online Purchasing Policy

For online purchases, customers should keep the following in mind:

• Images displayed on the website are enlarged to show the details of the items; therefore, they do not represent the actual size of the product.

• Customers are responsible for verifying their size using the tools provided by the company or, if necessary, confirming it themselves, as this is an online sale. However, OROROSA Jewelry will adjust the size free of charge upon delivery.

For purchases with home delivery in Bogotá, please note the following:

• Home deliveries will not be left at the concierge or reception desk under any circumstances. These purchases must be delivered in person to the address. Deliveries will not be made to minors.

• Purchases are shipped in secure packaging. If the customer finds any damage or signs of tampering, they must report it to our customer service lines.

The logistics department will contact the customer on the day of delivery to confirm shipment. If the customer does not respond, we will follow up the next day to confirm the shipment. If the customer still does not respond, the purchase will be rescheduled according to the availability and timeframe of our delivery representative.

• In case of exchanges or returns, the customer must cover the shipping costs.

For online purchases with addresses in other cities, the customer should keep the following in mind:

• Home deliveries to other cities take 3 to 8 business days depending on the city, municipality, or area. Nationwide shipments are made to major cities, as the high-quality jewelry carries the risk of being lost on journeys outside urban areas.

• Shipping information will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase or the WhatsApp number provided.

• The purchase is shipped packaged, taped, and in a security bag. If the customer finds any damage or evidence of tampering, they should notify us through our customer service lines.

• The shipping company we use will make three delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, the purchase will be returned to our shipping center. The customer can pay for additional home delivery, and the delivery will be rescheduled.

• In case of exchanges or returns, the customer must cover the home delivery shipping costs.

• Once the customer receives the purchase, if no issues are reported, it will be understood that the order arrived complete and in perfect condition.

THE ABOVE POLICIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE FIRST PAYMENT IS MADE AND THE INVOICE IS RECEIVED, AND THE CUSTOMER IS INFORMED OF THE EXISTENCE OF THIS DOCUMENT.

OROROSA JEWELRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT READ THE ABOVE DOCUMENT AND MAKES ANY SUBSEQUENT CLAIM THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE WARRANTY.
